Sonu Kakkar, is an Indian singer, who is famous for her work in the Bollywood film Industry. She is also known for her albums like, ‘Urban Munda, Makhan Malai etc’. She started her career, when she participated in a singing competition and music director, ‘Sandeep Chowla’, saw her talent and offered her an opportunity in his next film.
She started her career in singing when she just 5 years old. Her passion for singing, made her shift her home to Mumbai and look for Bollywood chances. During this time, she participated in a singing competition. Her voice attracted the famous composer, ‘Sandeepa Chowla’ and he offered her a chance in his next movie, ‘Dum’, released in the year 2003. She sang the song, ‘Babuji Zaara Dheer Chalo’, along with Sukhwinder Singh. Her performance in the song, attracted many more offers to her doorstep.
